Repair and maintenance engineering of Asalouye's shining stars

Asalouye Bright Stars Repair and Maintenance Engineering was established in March 2017 with the aim of transferring excess ethane gas from Pars Special Economic Zone to petrochemical complexes across the country.
In order to achieve the defined goals and missions, this company designed and built a site in Kangan city located in South Pars Special Economic Zone (Zone Two - Tembak site).
The nominal design capacity of the pressure boosting site is 500 tons of ethane gas per day, which is currently being operated with an actual capacity of 200 tons per day according to the existing contracts and the installed equipment.
In order to deliver the product to the destination petrochemical, an unloading and pressure reduction site has been designed and built at the Amir Kabir petrochemical site with an unloading capacity of 400 tons per day. This site has the ability to deliver gas with the input process conditions to the olefin unit of that complex, therefore, the excess gas that is needed by the petrochemical industry is returned to the industrial cycle through the virtual pipeline and the waste of this valuable gas is prevented.
